My wife and I were having a lot of doubts about selling or renting our house after several marketing attempts. Lyndee was very responsive from my initial request for informtion, all the way through the purchase of my home. She was very familiar with most of the neighborhoods we viewed, and was on top of the current trends in the Boca Raton market. She clearly listened to everything I was saying, because she quickly had a grasp on my likes and dislikes, and what I was searching for in a home. She helped me with advice on what to offer based on these trends, and both the seller and I were happy in the end.
