Where to start?! We first met Andressa when we were in the market to buy a condo and there was a particular one we wanted to see. Noting her calm nature and attentive listening, we asked her to help us in selling our own house. Andressa has an eye for style and detail, as well as enough knowledge and know-how to price it competitively. Our home sold in less than a week. Over the next 20 or so condos we visited afterwards, Andressa never showed impatience or exasperation with us. In fact, she was pleasant and very helpful throughout. When we finally found the right condo for us, she continued to guide us and explain everything happening. Her communication is excellent, and she is a diligent, professional agent, staying on top of everything and everyone involved in the process. We are relieved to finally be in our new home, and so much of what made this an exciting adventure was due to Andressa’s involvement every step of the way.
