I've used Jimmy multiple times for purchases and sales. He's always responsive, easy to bounce ideas off of and always readily available. Working with Jimmy was such a wonderful experience! He knows the market very well and helped me price the condo I inherited so it sold quickly. He did his due diligence to make sure the buyer was a good fit before encouraging me to accept the offer. He held my hand through the whole process and ensured that I didn’t have to travel for closing (as I live in another state). If I ever find myself in need a realtor on Florida again, Jimmy will be my first call!

Jimmy is an incredible professional with whom to work. Knowledgeable, honest, skilled, and valuing genuine relationships, Jimmy was with us every step of the way. Unfortunately, "the way" was fraught with disappointments complicated by my being out of state. Any reservations I may have had dealing long distance quickly evaporated as Jimmy's responsiveness was swift and dependable. Wise counsel, persistence, and skill paid off, and I was able to sell my deceased brother's condo. in a reasonable amount of time. It is fitting that I worked with James Cunningham; he sold the condo. to my brother 12 years earlier. Jimmy is an exceptional agent. When I am looking to buy property, I tend to have a lot of questions and look to my realtor for answers. Jimmy never makes me feel like I am asking too much of him. His response is always immediate. He is an exceptional communicator. He makes sure he verifies what I am looking for and goes forward to find me what I want. I have hired him on several occasions now and can say, he is one of the few people I do business with that I complete confidence he will do everything possible to get me the Best outcome.
