We can’t recommend Emma enough! We weren’t even actively looking for a new home, but we called out of the blue on a Monday and by Friday we had an accepted offer on our dream home — despite multiple competing offers. She also helped us list and sell our current home in less than three weeks after that first call, and we ended up selling for well over asking price. We know we wouldn’t have had the same results with a different realtor. Emma was very responsive in dealing with the agent for the builder and most helpful in helping us with local info since we were moving from out of state. She was through, professional and a joy to work with.

Emma was very responsive to my last minute requests to view properties. I felt like I was her only client! She is professional and knowledgeable. If she didn’t have the info about something, she would get the information and get back to me in a timely manner. Emma was very easy to work with and made the selling process smooth and stress free! Emma went out of her way to assist in getting the property emptied and cleaned in order to be sale ready. Emma always worked around my hectic schedule and constantly stayed in communication with me about the status of things each step along the way. I am grateful for all the hard work Emma put in behind the scenes to make the sale of this property happen quickly and at a great selling price. Emma went above and beyond to help us in our land search. She was knowledgeable throughout the entire process and usually had answers to questions before we even thought to ask them.
