Jennie is an extremely kind, smart, organized, and patient realtor. As a first time home buyer with very niche requirements in a difficult market, Jennie and I talked about and toured a lot of homes. Throughout the process, Jennie never made me feel pressured or rushed to buy home, and I could always tell she had my best interest in mind. When it came to actually making an offer/being under contract, I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Jennie was, and how she was able to think on her feet. She was always available to answer my questions, and was extremely responsive. I loved working with Jennie, and would recommend her to anyone. Jennie listened to our needs and then found us a home that met all of our criteria. Fast. She knew the type of home we sought would sell fast and so when a house came onto the market and was exactly what we wanted, she offered to look at it for us since we lived an hour away and were super busy at work. She knew it would be a highly competitive market and she was absolutely right. Her knowledge of the local community helped us be confident in our offer. Despite many, many other offers, our speed, intent, our clean yet fair offer, made the difference. We're enjoying our new home and enjoy running into Jennie in town!
