From her attention to detail in staging my condo prior to placing it on the market, through her effective and tenacious marketing of my home, and culminating in her sage advice during the eventual sale, she was with me every step of the way. Karen is not just a realtor, she puts her heart and soul into every listing and advocates for her clients like no other. I have recommended her to friends and relatives alike and would seek her services in a heartbeat if I were buying or selling a home again in Hampton Roads. She is in a word: AMAZING!

Karen is wonderful to work with. From hiring a great photographer and other things. House sold very quickly!!! Very impressive would definitely work with her again She is very caring and works very hard for her clients!!!! She also clean off some rust on the outside of the house also Found me a wonderful cleaning lady to clean before and after the sale She goes well above the average realtor. She also found me a wonder closing group who Help me out greatly!!

Karen was present when West Neck was built and knows its properties better than anyone. Upon assuming control of our sale, she inspected thoroughly, got the best people to make the repairs, recommended the necessary replacements and updates, and made our property a showplace. We had a buyer within 24 hours. Through it all, she was attentive to all the necessary details and accurately answered all our questions. The only chore that fell on us during the whole process was signing all the papers at closing! She is the consummate professional. It was a joy to work with her.
