We made an offer within 45 minutes of seeing the house and were under contract that same afternoon! Our home took about six months to build, and throughout the entire process, Chris kept us consistently updated with photos and progress reports. She helped us navigate a few challenges early on with our layout and always had answers to our questions—typically the same day we asked. Chris never pressured us to make decisions and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home for our family. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication stood out from day one. Chris did an outstanding job listening to our wishlist and providing us with homes to review that would satisfy our needs and wants in a home. She was very responsive and professional. I would definitely work with her in the future and recommend her to my friends and family.
