Karan was great with helping us throughout the process of the sale. He understands the market and its fluctuations very well. He advised us with what we needed to do, to get the most of this sale. We are glad we listen to his advice. We lived out of town, so Karan did not hesitate to go to the house and help us with preparing it for the sale. He also helped us with finding several contractors (pool, landscape, etc.) in the area, so we could get the house ready without out flying in CA for every single issues we have. The customer service we received from Karan was top notch. We did not have any hiccups during this sale process and we were at peace that we were in good hands. He is very professional, knowledgeable and of course, a very nice and respectful guy. I would recommend him to anyone we know.

I am a first time home buyer and feel fortunate that I had the chance to work with EXP Realty's relator Mr. Karan Singh. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and reliable. I have busy work schedule but he worked around my schedule and was readily available to show houses even on the weekends. He is very informative and knowledgeable about the real estate market. I received really good guidance from Mr. Karan Singh in regards to the value of the house and current market and was able to secure a great deal/bid in the first go. He helped with setting up the inspection through reliable source and walked me through the entire process in detail. EXP Realty is a one stop shop all. I did shop around for the loan and insurance but Mr. Karan Singh helped me to secure the best interest rate with the loan/mortgage and also home insurance. Process of pre approval and acquiring a loan was quick and trustworthy. I am really happy with my first home purchase and highly recommend Mr Karan Singh of Exp Realty for a reliable and knowledgeable experience.
