We interviewed three realtors and felt most comfortable with Danielle because she was very local, seemed more pragmatic about the process and our options, and seemed the most "online-savvy" -- which would be important since most of the process was going to happen with us 2,500 miles away! Danielle coordinated all of the work on our Castro Valley house, getting it ready for market, and kept us informed by email, text, and telephone throughout. She helped us navigate multiple offers and a lot of back and forth with two potential buyers, respecting our 3-hour time zone difference. She was very responsive and was always available when we needed to discuss any issues. It always felt like she was "on our team".

This post is long overdue, but we couldn't be happier with Danielle and her team. She helped us find the perfect home at the right price when purchasing a house was nearly impossible in the Bay Area. She negotiated the best terms for us and made the entire process really easy. When it was time for us to move, she knew exactly how to market/price our house. We ended up with multiple offers and received 30% over asking! Danielle is the best and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home in the Bay Area.

Danielle is excellent and a godsend for first time home buyers! She has gone above and beyond our expectations, artfully navigated the whole bumpy process for us with calm and never pushed us beyond our financial means. She is a one-stop solution to getting offers accepted, loans approved on time, appraisals matching value and even putting your own renovation touches to your new home if you want. I cannot stress the importance of her being extremely well connected enough! Super responsive - all texts/calls/emails acknowledged and answered within minutes, takes time to tour properties with you and understand your needs despite having a team to delegate, Very knowledgeable - knows areas, local rules and care-abouts in great detail, has the pulse of the market, explains all details of the buying process Resourceful - well connected among realtors, appraisers, lenders/loan officers, the local community, and even contractors so you can go-to her for almost anything. Fun to Work with - great sense of humor and attitude that helps during some of the stressful parts of the process

We're very pleased that we worked with Danielle Keil and her team. She was referred to us by our tenant. Always the professional, but with a personal touch, she made our selling experience as smooth as possible. Danielle coordinated the efforts of all the other professional teams (home inspection, the painter, cleaning crew, and top notch stagers) to place our property in the best possible position for sale...all within extremely tight time constraints, due to our coming international travel She guided us through each step, kept us in the loop on every detail, provided plenty of support and education, and made sure that we were comfortable with every decision.
