As a first time home buyer I was definitely nervous going into this process. Carla was absolutely amazing throughout the entire thing and made it so easy. She listened to everything we were looking for, was extremely professional, walked us through every step of the process and made sure to answer all of our questions. She never made us feel rushed or pressured and was able to help us get into our dream home. She was very quick to respond and reach out with answers to our questions and updates as we worked on closing on our new home. You could really tell that she wanted us to be happy and find exactly what we were looking for. Carla made this entire experience exciting and enjoyable and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for their dream home.

I have had the opportunity to know and work with Mark Poyer. His knowledge of the market was right on target. There was never a delay in Mark's response to any and all questions we may have had. He was able to help us for our first home buying and the closing went smoothly and on time. I highly recommended Mark to my family and friends as he is the easiest person to go with.

Where do I start Christina. I absolutely love working with her. She was prompt, quick, knowledgeable, thoughtful and overall knew exactly what we needed. She was very patient with me. Looking for a right home can be very difficult and time consuming in looking for homes every weekend but in the end, I found a home that I love that fit within my budget. She also recommended a lender that I ended up using for my loan. Christina still keeps in contact after purchasing my home back in September 2023.

Christy helped us to find a home that would fit our budget. When we found a townhome condo that we liked, we contacted her and, after providing to Christy the contact info of the seller, managed to secure the home for the price that was listed. She then helped with the process of buying the house. We are thankful for her help.
