Working with Wes was the best decision that we made when beginning our home buying process. My husband and I can confidently say that he saved us thousands of dollars (and tons of time!) based on his deep understanding of the market, what we were looking for, and the observations he made in each home that we toured. Beyond that, he took the time to understand exactly the kind of property we were looking for, and helped point us in the right direction along the way. He left no stone unturned—including walking up to an unlisted home with a moving truck in the driveway. He made friends with the owners, and was able to tour on the spot! Your Realtor is representing you in conversations that you are not there for, and there is no one else we would trust more to ensure our best interests were protected. I highly recommend Rosmy to help anyone looking for a home. She was very knowledgeable about the area and I really appreciated her willingness to meet with us without too much advance notice. She is also very patient and has a very friendly personality which helped when looking for a place near me for my 92 year old mother.

I met Wes Raye while he was showing a house. I was in need of a good real estate agent so I observed the way he handled customers and the showing and decided to ask if he could be my real estate agent. From the first moment until the end Wes went above and beyond. Our situation was complex but he helped on each step. We sold the house very quickly and for a good price, I don’t think this would have been possible without Wes’s help which continued even after the sale. Wes cares about you as a person , not only as a Client.

As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Wes. I first met him at an open house while visiting from out of town, about a year before I was actually ready to buy. Despite the time gap, Wes stayed in touch and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through the changes resulting from the NAR lawsuit, ensuring I fully understood everything before moving forward. When the time came to seriously start looking, he helped schedule home tours and provided all the information I needed to make informed decisions. Even while on vacation over the holidays, Wes made sure I was taken care of—something I truly appreciated as an out-of-town buyer. Once I found the right home and made an offer, the entire process was seamless. Wes connected me with a local broker and guided me through every step of escrow and closing.
