I can't say enough positive things about my realtor, Judy Boyle. She's incredibly knowledgeable about my rights as a buyer/seller and kept me organized throughout the entire process, which was no small task. What sets Judy apart is her dedication to never rushing me or pressuring me into decisions. I've bought two houses and sold one with her, and each transaction was exceptionally smooth. On top of all that, Judy's commitment to giving a portion of her profits to charity speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

It's pretty fair to say that without meeting Judy Boyle, we would not have sold our house or bought our new house. When we met with Judy - we weren't planning on listing our house for sale until the following spring. Judy had so much confidence that our house would sell, and for a price we were comfortable with that we decided to give it a try. <br/><br/>We had our house listed previously with a different agent and also had met with a number of agents in the area. Some were hesitant to say it would sell at all (we had a unique house), while others assured us we wouldn't get more than a certain amount, much lower than we were hoping for.<br/><br/>Our experience with Judy went above and beyond what we expected. First of all, she helped us to stage our house so it was more appealing to potential buyers. Secondly, she returned any email, phone call or text within the same day, if not within an hour. As busy working parents, having an agent who was great at communication, via multiple channels, was great for us. <br/><br/>After getting a full price offer on our house, Judy made herself available on our schedule to help us find a house to buy in a very short amount of time. She helped guide us through both of these processes and went to bat for us multiple times, when needed. <br/><br/>We could go on and on about all the wonderful things Judy did to make our selling and buying possible. The thing that stands out the most to us is that her confidence in selling our house never wavered, even when ours did. She remained positive and confident the entire time.<br/><br/>Judy is absolutely the reason things worked out for us and we are in our new home! We can’t thank her enough – and recommend her to our family and friends.

Judy helped me buy my house a few years ago, and now she's helping me sell it. I can't say enough good things about her. She's really responsive and always goes the extra mile. I have recommended her to a couple of my friends, and they've had the same positive experiences.
