Fiona worked so hard to get me my first home. She was with me every single weekend for months looking at places and making sure we got to see as many houses as possible and that I would have the best chance possible at getting my offer accepted. The home I did end up buying was off market and found by her and it was the best place we had looked at by a landslide. There were some complications late in the process on the seller side and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I closed on time. I called her more times than should be allowed in the last few months and she was so helpful and knowledgeable and patient with me at every turn. I would give 10 stars if I could and would suggest her to anyone buying a home!

Nick Pelletier was our listing agent on the sale of our home in Westminster, MA. Because we were going through a divorce, and selling a house that we both loved and didnt really want to leave, it could have been an awkward, stressful, and unpleasant experience. Somehow, though, Nick made every interaction pleasant, professional, warm, and smooth. He has a great way of staying calm and helping me calm down when the unexpected happens, and he is also very good at explaining things I didnt understand, and answering questions and concerns thoughtfully and completely. Nick is a pro, and if he lists your home, he will walk you through the process with confidence, experience, and incredible instincts. Highly recommend.
