Joe goes above & beyond what any other realtor provides. He responds quickly & always figures out any situation that may come up. He is proactive in being on the entire process while providing excellent communication. We have worked with several realtors in the past but Joe exceeded my expectations in many ways. He made the whole process enjoyable & I always felt confident he was doing what was best for me.

Joe is the absolute consummate professional at what he does. I’ve dealt with him on the buyer AND seller side and his client relationship skills, attention to detail and his overall GSD mentality is second to none. Cannot recommend him enough, he’ll do the utmost to make things work whichever side of the equation you’re on. He just likes making buyers and sellers happy and moving through the process with minimal fuss. We put a lot of trust in him in the buying process and we’re so impressed we put our full faith in him when it came time to sell.

Joe is fantastic! Used him for both buying and selling side of things. After having worked with another agent previously with little experience it really is night and day difference. Joe went above and beyond for us and helped me to learn about the process along the way. He was always there with any questions I had and really took the time in every home we toured to look over details most would forget about or not notice. He has a fine attention to detail and is someone who is definitely passionate about his profession! He is a great negotiator and expert in his field. Highly recommend.
