This is the second real estate transaction that Bryan Newell has handled for us. In 2023 he found us the home of our dreams in Hoboken, NJ and in 2025 he sold our condo in WNY, NJ. We cannot recommend Simone and her team enough! She not only secured our dream home for us, but she then turned around and sold our home in a seamless and efficient way! Every person she brought in, from inspector to stager was top notch. In selling our home, she knew exactly where to price to not only bring in maximum amount of buyers, but also get the price point we wanted (and more!). She truly made our home stand out amongst competitors and sold it in less than a week (with multiple multiple offers). Start to finish, she was communicative, and available for every little question. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Danielle was absolutely incredible to work with! We felt so at ease during the home buying process because of her-especially as first time home buyers. She walked us through the entire process from start to finish and made sure to answer any questions we had along the way.
