He always made time to answer our questions (big or small), gave us honest advice, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Like many buyers in today’s market, we didn’t get our first few offers accepted — which was tough. But David never let us get discouraged. He kept us focused, walked us through why things didn’t work out, and helped us reframe our approach based on the realities of the market. That perspective made a huge difference. What really stood out was how proactive he was — David noticed a trend in the property we ultimately bought and encouraged us to take a look. We hadn’t seriously considered it before, but once we saw it, we absolutely loved it. And with his help, we were able to get it! My husband and I met Lora at an Open House and knew right away we wanted her to be our realtor. As first time home buyers, the process was intimidating and overwhelming at times, but Lora helped guide us through with ease. She's a great communicator who is always a text/call away, she's extremely knowledgeable on Bergen County and the real estate market, and also has a background in construction which allowed for helpful renovation tips. We leaned on Lora's network to get connected to our mortgage lender, lawyer, inspector, etc and feel grateful her strong relationships set us up for such a smooth closing process. We can't recommend Lora enough!

Working with Lora of The Gubb Team was a complete pleasure from start to finish. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the market. She was able to give us realistic pricing advice which proved true when we received 18 very impressive offers in the first weekend. We followed all of her recommendations for staging our home which helped greatly in the sale. Her communication was excellent as she answered all of our questions promptly and kept us informed every step of the way.
