We were out of state buyers and found Jeremy through the Dave Ramsey site. Jeremy was was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions in a timely manner. The properties that he showed us met all of our requirements and made for an efficient use of time when visiting the properties. Mr. Phillips was fantastic, he made the entire experience easy from recommendations through his email alerts to getting it inspected and the closing process was quick. I highly recommend working with Mr. Phillips and I hope to work with him again.

Jeremy, was a great and wonderful agent to work with. I am a simple yet complex person and the many homes I seen he was honest and direct with me. He has a lot of knowledge and he didn’t mind giving me truth while pointing out things I missed. He took time for me and my family when we had questions he had a response or found out the answer. Jeremy is a great agent to work with and wonderful person!
