We had such a great experience working with Matt! From day one, he made the process so much easier than we expected. He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home. He was always quick to answer calls and texts, super knowledgeable about the area, and gave honest advice that made us feel confident in our decisions. When it came time to make an offer and negotiate, he was on top of everything and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. On top of being professional, Matt is just genuinely kind and easy to work with. We never felt pressured, only supported. We’re so grateful for all his help and would 100% recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

Matthew was amazing! He was available, knowledgeable and always willing to see, “just one more old house”. He is kind, straightforward, and above all, honest, exactly what you need in a real estate agent. He is the best, bar none.

Not knowing the Lynchburg real estate market, as I had lived in the Richmond area since 1977, I did some research online to find a realtor to sell my town home. Jeremiah with Bald Guy & Assoc jumped out as one at the top of his field. Having sold, built and bought quite a few homes, I was not a rookie to the process and Jeremiah and I quickly formed a solid team. He trusted me on the listing price of the property and a contract was offered for full price, from the first couple who saw it. There was an unforeseen hiccup in the appraisal and Jeremiah took control of getting that resolved, to my benefit. I would recommend Jeremiah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Several words that come to mind about him are professional, friendly, unflappable, flexible and trustworthy.

Cameron is an all-around stellar guy. He worked hard for me throughout the process of buying my first home. I was impressed with his knowledge as a seasoned real estate agent. On top of everything he is a genuinely good person and an even better Father to his girls. There are a lot of agents out there, but none of them will give you the dedication and great experience that Cameron will. If you’re reading this he is your guy 1000%

Chloe helped us make our out-of-state move a reality! Over the past months, she's been so helpful and communicative. I don't think it would have happened without her diligence. She's polite, kind, and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. She really listened and understood what we wanted in a home--even getting finding us a home in my favorite district!
