I recently had the opportunity to work with Jennifer as the selling agent for a property I purchased, which I intended to remodel. The listing included a 3D walkthrough model. After closing on the property, I reached out to Jennifer to request access to the 3D model for reference during my remodeling process. Unfortunately, Jennifer refused to provide access to the model unless I compensated her with the full price of creating a new one. This was despite the fact that she no longer had any use for the existing model. Throughout our interactions, I found Jennifer to be rude and unpleasant. She expressed that I had wasted a lot of her time, which was disheartening to hear as a client who had just made a significant investment. As a buyer, I believe that access to such materials, especially when they are no longer of use to the selling agent, should be part of the post-sale customer service. It’s disappointing that this was not the case, and I hope this feedback helps others in their future real estate endeavors.

Ryan Sackman is an amazing Realtor! He is organized, optimistic (keeping us as well in this tough market!), and attentive. Anytime we had a question, he would answer right away, and seamlessly guided us through both the buying and selling process at the same time! The houses he showed us always fit our wish list and if something wasn’t quite right, with his knowledge and experience, he was able to honestly point out things that would need to get fixed and possibilities for upgrades if we wanted.
