We truly could not have asked for a better realtor than Laura Marotta from the Amanda Pohlman Team at Keller Williams Living. Moving is never easy, but she was the best part of the experience. She put us at ease, got to know us, and was there for us every step of the way. She came prepared in her first meeting with an abundance of research to give us a good idea of what to expect. She was an expert in knowing how we could best neutralize our colorful house and get the best price for it. Her staging choices were perfection, and she did get us a great deal because of her excellent advice. When any issue arose, she was there to be a calm guide through navigating any hurdle. Laura was gifted with a keen mind for business, and only matched by her delightful sense of humor, which was also very welcome as we traversed this complicated process. Karen was an outstanding realtor. She was very responsive and answered our texts day and night. Karen was patient and knowldegable. In addition, she is a friendly and kind person. During negotiations, Karen was tough but fair. She represented us well. She also had patience when helping us find a new home. I would highly recommend Karen.
