Jason Lococo is fantastic! He had my house under contract on day 8 of the listing. Every day in escrow, he kept me informed and when I needed something, like a handyman or professional cleaner, he had great people. The best thing about Jason is that he is VERY responsive. He doesn’t leave you hanging. Everything went so smoothly. Just a wonderful experience. Highly recommended him and his team!

Jason is the best. He’s sold our house fast and we were able to close fast and right on time. We got the price we wanted and he handled all the deadlines for us. Everything was done digitally so it was easy to keep the process moving along quickly. He has a unique understanding of the local market especially Carson City. Great communication along the way at every step, highly recommended.

Jason is very personable, up front and honest. He has an incredible team! All who are attentive to our needs, answering all questions and calming all concerns. Not wanting to have to choose any of our real estate friends, we interviewed a few realtors off of recommendations and internet searches. Jason's name came up frequently, and from the moment we met him we felt like he was "Our Guy"! No stone was left unturned. Every step was clearly explained and overseen by him and his team. Every phone call, email, text was responded to almost immediately. We never felt out of the loop or misplaced (showing our home). We were consulted on/in everything to make sure we were not inconvenienced. Finally, within his perfect timing, he came over to thank us for allowing him to sell our home, and during that time he received the message that our home had been recorded, at which time he personally congratulated us.
