Jamie is awesome. We worked with her as a buyer and as a seller. She made the entire process seem simple and was knowledgeable on every aspect (real estate market, comps, legal documents, negotiation, coordination with various entities in the process). She was a 1 stop shop when getting our place prepped to sell and handled all coordination while we were already out of state. She knows various players in the San Diego real estate community and is definitely someone you want on your side. She went above and beyond with our last sale and really moved the closing along and we trusted her every step of the way. We appreciated her work very much and we highly recommend her either as a buyer or seller agent.

Buying a new home is so exciting but can be an overwhelming process, especially as first time home buyers with a new baby in the competitive market of San Diego county! We worked with other realtors that couldn’t seem to understand our vision or our budget. But when our friends connected us with Jamie Lindsay, we instantly knew that she was the right match for our family! She is the perfect balance in many ways. Jamie was thoughtful and purposeful with our time and truly listened to our priorities as home buyers. Every listing we looked at or toured she carefully listened to our feedback and utilized it moving forward (a skill that we learned is rare in the realtor world!). We never felt rushed or pressured which was important to us with a little one at home, but knew Jamie was working quickly behind the scenes when we did want to schedule a tour or put an offer in (her responsiveness is unmatched). Jamie is as professional as she is warm. Working with her feels like having a friend in your court. It was very obvious her goal was for us to find our dream home to raise our family and not just settle for a house that fit the budget. She explained every step along the way and we really valued her extensive knowledge of the process! After having an offer accepted, Jamie had a number of referrals at the ready to assist with things like home, pest, and asbestos inspections. Jamie also referred us to a lender who offered a rate that beat any other we found. You can tell Jamie has the respect of others in the industry as they all spoke very highly of her, and her collaboration with them helped the whole process operate more smoothly. We are so grateful to have found her and should we choose to move in the future would absolutely work with Jamie again!

Jamie is the best! She set up all the open houses and minimized disturbances, advocated for a great deal with the buyers and got us top dollar in the sale! She knows the San Diego area well, kept in constant communication, and was always available to answer questions and give good advice. She genuinely cares about her customers, and works hard to give you the best deal possible- you can't get a better agent!
