Jim and his wife Dawn were just fantastic to work with. They were straight with me and clear from the beginning. I never had any ambiguity when working with them which I very much appreciated it. On the buy side, they were consultative on potential issues, damage, or for lack of a better word, to help understand if I was making an offer on a lemon. On the sell side, they were very instrumental in helping the property get ready to list. They had affordable recommendations to help boost the value of the property, coordinated the repairs and services, and in general just did a great job helping me prepare the property for listing. Overall, Jim and his wife Dawn were just a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jim is a true professional. He is someone who will go the extra mile to help his clients. He is fair, honest and knowledgeable. His wife Dawn and daughter Lauren are also very friendly and accommodating. They all went out of their way to help my wife and I in the process of buying our home. Jim is good at keeping the ball rolling and responds in the evenings and on weekends. They made the process less overwhelming, easy to understand and provided shrewd counsel. I recommend them highly.

Jim and his entire crew jumped in immediately to improve our property for sale. They worked, literally, in our house to make it the best showing possible. Jim was so easy to reach for questions and as we lived out of state, that was so necessary. Jim gave us honest and thorough information so my husband and I could make the best decisions. Because of Missions professional approach, our house sold in less than 2 months. We highly recommend Jim and his entire crew.
