After speaking with many realtors I hired Gonzalo Riesgo. I had a complicated probate case where I was both the attorney and personal representative. He sold the house very quickly with multiple Offers. I was impressed with his communications skills and his attention to detail. I highly recommend Gonzalo as your listing agent

My family was blessed to fine Mr. Riesgo. We were in a situation that prevented us from being able to be in town for the majority of the sale of our home. It was imperative that we earned a certain amount from our sale to support our other endeavors. Before we found Gonzalo, we spoke with several other agents, including ones that "specialized" in the particular area we were listing in. The other agents were attempting to get us to lower our price before they even saw the property. One told us that we could never get X amount for the home and was surprised to learn that we had already been offered more than what they said we could get. We were told that the market was cooling (which was not supported by the data) and that our home just wasn't quite what buyers were looking for. We were disheartened to say the least, and had began discussing worst case scenarios. We decided to reach out to a couple of different agents as a last effort and contacted Gonzalo. What luck! He started to support our needs right away and remained confident and upbeat from the start. Guess what? He found us the perfect buyer (we did not want to sell to a buyer group as this was a family home) and we closed in 41 days! The icing on the cake is that he earned us OVER what we were looking for originally. My advice to anyone looking to sell a home in Southern Florida is to contact Gonzalo FIRST! I live and work full time in Georgia. Sadly, my only sibling passed away owning a home in South Florida. After interviewing multiple real estate agents I chose Gonzalo Riesgo. I could not have been more satisfied! He listened to my thoughts and respected my opinions. His pictures and summary of the house were exceptional and accentuated all the best qualities. He provides a schedule but seems always accessible even if just a text to say what time he can call. And he will. He was very professional and empathetic with my “long distance” situation.
