Gigi did a wonderful job selling my home. My situation was unique in that there were several legal issues that came up early on in the process which caused the house to be removed from the market for more than a few months while they were resolved. She kept in touch with me during that time and offered advise and remained positive, upbeat, friendly and responsive. Her expertise in the market for selling manufactured homes was instrumental in determining a competitive purchase price. Once the legal issues were resolved, she relisted my home, aggressively marketed it and was supportive all the way up to the closing. I referred her to one of my neighbor's who also used Gigi to successfully sell his manufactured home. Respectfully submitted, Thomas

Gigi was amazing from start to finish. She was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and on the ball. She answered all of my (sometimes silly) questions and worked hard to get us what we wanted. Our house was listed and we closed in a little over a month so the entire process with fast and she knew we needed that from the beginning.

Gigi did an outstanding job with the sale of my Dad’s home. She was very knowledgeable about all the information that was given to us. Gigi kept my dad and I informed on all the information that led us to the sale of his home. She never kept us wondering what was going on. We were well informed on all levels. Gigi did a great job selling our house. She has great knowledge of what needs to be done to a house to make it more attractive and what can be left as is because it has no impact on the value. She also has great contacts for resources who can get work done and done quickly. She also worked very closely with us to determine the correct value to list the house at when we sold. Then, because of her contacts, her recommendations and knowledge of the market the house sold very quickly.
