Erin’s tools are experience, research and a sparkling personality. Combined, they spell a wonderful experience and success. 5 stars - YES! If only there were more to give, she deserves them. Sometimes in any endeavor it’s the “small things” that may be overlooked-NOT SO WITH ERIN! She covers it all and makes the client feel like an honored friend. Her combination of professionalism and personality are unbeatable. SHE IS TOPS! We live hours away from the property but no worries, she covered the gap. Great communicator. Gets back to you right away. Never leaves you dangling. If you want the best, you want ERIN!

TLDR; If you have the chance to work with Brittany, TAKE IT. - Empowering - Highly Skilled and Knowledgeable - Thoughtful I cannot recommend Brittany highly enough! As a first-time homebuyer, I came into this process with a lot of questions and concerns. From the very first interaction, Brittany made me feel completely supported and informed. She was incredibly responsive — replying to messages almost immediately — and never once made me feel like any question was too small or silly. She struck the perfect balance between feeling like a trusted friend and maintaining the utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. When an unexpected hiccup came up with our inspection company, she handled it like an absolute boss — calmly, confidently, and with my best interests at heart. Beyond just finding us the right home, Brittany went above and beyond — recommending utility companies, providing honest and thoughtful feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring I always felt empowered to say “no” if something wasn’t the right fit. Kathy is a hard working real estate agent who is very knowledgeable of the current real estate market. She has bought and sold several properties for me and my family. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and has even power washed my house when it was needed before selling it!! I would highly recommend her as a buyer or listing agent!

Kathy did an exceptional job helping me sell my mother’s home. She continuously checked in from our first meeting right through the closing process. The closing (on the buyer’s side) became a bit difficult and Kathy was by my side the entire time keeping me informed and keeping a positive and encouraging outlook on the situation. Kathy was always there if I needed to ask a question and always promptly returned my calls and texts. To be quite honest Kathy Cavasino was my rock throughout this sale. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.

Brittany was absolutely amazing in my experience. She was on top of everything the entire time. Knew just about everything, and when she wasn’t sure she checked with her team And got back to me quickly (she was usually right in the first place) but it was nice to know she was double checking. She was super flexible and made my hard schedule seem not so bad. She would meet me at my JOB and take documents that needed to go on file. She proves she really does care about helping you find a place to call home. I couldn't recommend her more.
