I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Lindsay. Jocelyn provided me the best hands off experience as a first time seller. She walked me through the entire process and had "a guy" readily available to come help fix any problems I had to get my house ready for market. (Painter, handyman, landscaping). She also staged and took beautiful pictures of my home as it was empty. Since I was already moved out and in a different city Jocelyn made numerous visits to my house on my behalf and took care of things for me to make the selling process so much easier. I didn't have to drive back down to SD at all which was amazing! From start to finish Jocelyn was with me every step of the way. If you're looking to buy or sell a home I cannot recommend Jocelyn enough!
