It’s with great pleasure that I share this review on Kyle Jerkins! From start to finish this was the best real estate agent that I’ve ever dealt with in all of the transactions I’ve ever done. fair and honest, resourceful, communicative, strategic, has a great reputation and rapport with the regulatory community down in on the Mid and Lower Shore, Knows the market, How does an amazing support system at this particular Coldwell Banker. brokerage. Kyle has a spirit of excellence. My transaction Was only a $230,000 disposition of investment property, but you would have thought it was the 2,000,000 waterfront property the way he handle this deal from start to finish. He found us an amazingly fair contractor to complete the construction, worked with the town on utility connections, found us an amazingly honest HVAC contractor to complete work on the mini-splits. After Kyle took over the listing, my investment partner and never had to do anything else. This young man is a full-service real estate agent. he has set the bar so high, that I would never even remotely consider using any other agent to handle my real estate transactions on the eastern shore. As a former real estate agent myself I’m a very tough customer. He far exceeded anything I could’ve ever imagined in the way of service. I recommend him highly. Thank you Kyle. Kyle was wonderful from start to finish!!! We bought a home almost completely remotely (moving from KY to MD) so all of our tours were virtual and Kyle made sure we didn’t miss anything while he was at the home looking for us. He explained everything from start to finish making sure we were comfortable and happy during the entire home buying process. We love Kyle and will be recommending him to everyone!

Rachel was warm, wonderful & professional from day one. She helped us with every step of the process and made it easy. She was responsive to every question that we had and if she need to research for the best answer she did it quickly.
