Tom and his team are awesome Everyone worked together to make my house look its best. It was a very good house and it sold very quickly but i must give some credit to their excellent photography and marketing job. From the beginning to the end on closing day, everything went unbelievably smoothly. Tom really knows the local market. He is really personable and super responsive I strongly recommend Tom and Northrup Realty.

Tom was involved in extensive negotiations and unique situations throughout the process. He remained calm, professional and always available. He answered complex questions as well as simple ones that came up along the way. Tom went above and beyond was even present for and septic inspection, and when I met with contractors. He was truly the "realtor extraordinaire.
