Not only did Davis negotiate in such a skilled way on our behalf, his guidance was spot on. I just bought my dream home with my partner at the age of 64. I truly thought I was not going to be able to find a house that met both of our needs. We have come together later on in life and we are very clear about what we want. Davis Bartels and Matt Larsen did a great job helping me sell a very unique property and also also buy my next place. I know my home buying experience would not have been the same without the Davis Bartels and his team. Davis, Shannon and Chloe were the three that my husband and I closely worked with. Together as a team, they gave us the ultimate experience as first time homebuyers. They guided us every step of the way, answered all of our questions and made what seemed to be such a scary and daunting process less scary. Their knowledge, excellent insight to properties in the area and professionalism is what really sets them apart from the rest. From their willingness to meet up in person with us on multiple occasions, house showings, and speedy replies to all forms of communication (text, email, calls, messages on social media) in my experience really proved that they value client satisfaction and make it a top priority.
