The way we found Gorden means something to us. My wife and I started looking for a house on a Saturday night, sending out a bunch of requests to see places late at night. Gorden was the first to get back to us and the quickest to set up a showing. By Sunday afternoon, he met us at a house for a tour. That fast response showed us what kind of help he’d give us while we bought our first place. Being new to all this, my wife and I had no clue what we were doing in the real estate game. Gorden walked us through the crazy stuff in the Southern California market—like making tons of offers, getting turned down a lot, and even ending up in bidding wars. He stayed on top of everything. 10/10, we’d team up with Gorden again for our next house. Big thanks to the Lydia Gable Realty Group, too. They were super helpful and quick to answer questions the whole time.

We recently purchased our first home and had been in contact with many agents over the past two years while we went from "casually looking" to "seriously looking". Working with Michelle was always a breeze, she was kind, patient, helpful, and never pushy. She not only has experience in home buying but also all the other side quests that come with home care and relocating. We trust Michelle so much and would definitely collab with her again in the future if the time comes! I definitely recommend Michelle!

I couldn’t thank Ricki Revivo, Ameena, and her team enough. I am forever grateful for Ricki as she worked around the clock to make our dream come true. The transaction was so butter smooth, I think we had more stress buying our recent family vehicle than this home purchase. She pulled from all her resources, communicated with everyone involved, and made sure the puzzle pieces came into place on schedule. Ricki will get creative and exhaust all options to make sure she’s getting the most for her client. Most of all, she treated us like family and acted like she was purchasing this home for her own. Her dedication, genuine care, and work ethic truly shows her passion to help people. I highly recommend Ricki and her team if you are looking to purchase/sell. I must write a review about my exceptional experience working with Lydia Gable Realty Group. The service I received from both the Client Care Manager, Ameena Taha, and my agent, Lydia Gable was spectacular! Their knowledge and teamwork amongst myself and the buyer of my home was exceptional! Lydia Gable and Ameena Taha were able to put together an off-market deal on the sale of my home located in Thousand Oaks. These two came together and were able to work on behalf of both myself and the buyers. My late husband worked for Ventura County Fire. I have two families who live on my street who are related and also work for Ventura County Fire. The grandparents live a couple of blocks away from me. About two years ago, the third brother, also a Ventura County Firefighter, and his wife wrote me a beautiful letter asking if I ever considered selling my home would I give them the first opportunity to purchase it. We entered into a pocket listing for the home sale, and Lydia Gable and Ameena Taha helped me to keep this home in the Ventura County Fire family. They were creative in coordinating the sale knowing I already had a buyer in mind. At all times, the buyer and I were kept in constant communication on the next steps and escrow instructions. They worked tirelessly to perform in an extraordinarily fiduciary manner on both of our behalves.  These two are stellar in the real estate business! For this reason, I would recommend Lydia Gable and Ameena Taha to all of my friends and family.

My son was very fortunate to have connected via Zillow with Mistie Larson (of Lydia Gable Realty Group) when we first looked at a possible place for him to buy. Ended up buying another that Mistie showed us. Her diligence in the whole buying process for that place was above and beyond!
