There are a gazillion realtors out there, but our experience selling our first home while buying our second home (at the same time) with seasoned realtors Stephanie Vitacco, Dessie Vescio, and her team was nothing short of exceptional. If you need extreme attention to detail, someone who is looking out for you more than you are looking out for yourself, follow through, follow through, follow through, patient and comprehensive explanations, no short cuts, deeper understanding of real estate transactions from the buyer and seller perspective, look no further than Team Vitacco. They respond to inquiries via email, text, calls 24/7 including weekends. Everyone in her team (Chung, Sue, Jelly, etc) has also been exceptional in their duties and have years of expertise in the subject matter. To say that we are extremely happy and grateful to their services is an understatement. When we went to sell our former family home, we interviewed a number of agents. Stephanie stood out with her preparedness, professionalism, and impressive sales record. Once we hired her, she and her team were so incredibly helpful every step of the way. She and her contractor carefully went with us through the old house, discussing where the best places were to invest money to improve the value of the house. The work was done quickly and well, and seriously improved the look and functionality of the house. She set up the pictures of the house and the listing so well that we received an offer right after the first open house. From there, she and her team worked with us every step of the way. From offers to counter-offers, inspections, and escrow her team including Chung Mi, Susan, Jelly, and Joey were incredibly helpful.
