My fiancée and I just closed on a condo with James' help. He's an experienced realtor, and he's a skilled negotiator. Some people are likeable, and others drive a hard bargain, but James understands how and when to be each of those things. His negotiation skills saved us thousands--our price came in below the appraised value and he helped us avoid a large unexpected cost from the condo association.
