After interviewing multiple realtors, we selected Dan Carson for his extensive knowledge and experience in the local real estate market. He put together a great marketing plan for selling my home and was very strategic in picking the optimum time to put the home up for sale. After moving out, he recommended staging the property which turned out beautifully. His daughter also took beautiful photos and helped him with marketing our home. Once the home was listed, he negotiated a full price contract within 48 hours. After the contract was signed, Dan was instrumental in dealing with multiple issues before final settlement. I had moved out of state and was not able to manage any issues directly that arose. He had a network of dependable contractors and coordinated moving, cleanout, cleaning, new carpeting, staging, and maintaining the landscaping. I was required to upgrade my septic system and Dan coordinated permitting, installation, and cleanup. He communicated frequently and was always readily available and quick to follow up. We were so fortunate to have him as our realtor - he really treated the property as if it were his own. I don’t know how I could have sold my home without him, and I recommend Dan for anyone’s real estate needs.

What a great choice! At 72 years old I have made a few bad decisions but not this time. Dan and Sarah are the perfect team for a home selling experience. From the day we signed the contract with Dan to list our house to the time we signed the settlement papers things couldn’t have run smoother. This was truly a no stress experience and we highly recommend them.

I started my house search with a different restate company, was not a good experience at all. I called Dan (he sold my son his house a few years back) from the minute Dan was on my side my experience did a complete 360, We went and looked at the house I now own the first day. My house needed some work done to it, Dan knew exactly who to call to get said work done. I had a hard time finding some one to insure my house as it had no heat, Dan knew exactly who to call my house was insured. I can not say enough about Dan and his team.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Dan. I was a first-time homebuyer, so everything was completely new to me, and he helped walk me through the whole process, from getting pre-approved for a loan to my first tour to offers and settlement. He was super fast to respond and was always willing to work with my schedule, whether that meant scheduling tours after work or over the weekends on short notice. He helped me find and buy a beautiful home during a very competitive time to be searching for a house. My home was only on the market for one weekend and we were up against several other interested buyers, but thanks to Dan, we made a competitive offer and came out on top. Anyone looking for an agent that goes above and beyond - you should call Dan. He's not only helped me find a home, but he's also helped me make it move-in ready, from providing contractors that are reasonably priced and do good work to offering to review the estimates I received to double-check I'm not getting charged too much. Dan is an awesome agent, and I recommend him highly.
