Niki, has gone above and beyond for my family. First she found us our perfect home , so that we could accommodate my Dad having his own space. All while we still living in SC. Secondly she found unique ways to advertise our condo and get it under contact. We so much appreciate Niki and her team for their professionalism, quick responses to our questions and how she treated us like family.

I can't say enough positive things about Tim, Michele, and the whole team at CHG. It's obvious they look out for your best interest first and foremost, and do a fantastic job of guiding you through the purchase process. Communication is a 10/10, and Tim especially was so helpful educating us as first-time home buyers. Thanks to him, we were able to find a great home in Parkville. Thank you CHG!!

I purchased a home with Compass Home Group in Aberdeen, MD. My realtor, Katie Swinson was phenomenal. From our first meeting, she was attentive, knowledge, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right place. Katie was very patient with me as our process on finding a home took almost a full year. She was helpful and responsive every step of the way. She quickly sought out information that I was requesting and followed up via email or text often. She listened and addressed my concerns and preferences. Katie is extremely knowledgeable of the process and the market itself. She knew details about specific neighborhoods and the intricacies of closing a deal. She knew who to contact when additional issues arose and took the lead in coming to a resolution. Even after closing, Katie remained in contact with me and assisted me with some questions and information I needed. The closing paperwork was done in a quick and professional manner, which made things feel seamless. It was clear that this team’s priority was the client and their overall happiness and satisfaction throughout the whole process.
