I can’t recommend Tim Langhauser, Kris Holt, and the entire Compass Home Group highly enough! My home-buying journey started back in October 2024 and, as someone who’s admittedly very particular about finding the right home, I didn’t close until June 2025. Throughout those many months, Tim and the CHG team were endlessly patient, professional, and supportive. Tim went above and beyond! Reaching out to get a sense of my preferences even before we officially began, and consistently showing up with insight, encouragement, and great energy during every showing. He understood what I was looking for even when I wasn’t quite sure how to describe it, and never once pressured me to compromise or into a house I wasn't comfortable with. During the closing process, Tim and Kris fielded what felt like a thousand questions from me with grace and clarity. They guided me through negotiations, helped me secure favorable contract clauses, and made the entire process feel manageable and even exciting. I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication, expertise, and the peace of mind they gave me during what could have been a stressful journey. Thanks to them, I ended up with an amazing home—and an experience I’ll always remember fondly. Tim and his team at Compass Home Group helped us buy our home in White Marsh, MD and the experience was stellar! Everyone was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and kind.
