Craig is great to work with. He has been my go to on more then one purchase and never fails to impress. He is low pressure but high quality. If you have questions he gets answers. You would be hard pressed to find a realtor better to work with. 5 stars isn't enough !!

We hired Craig to sell our home and had a great experience! By far the best realtor team we have worked with. They marketed our home beautifully online with a 3-D walkthrough and amazing drone footage. The selling process was completely stress free from start to finish. Craig is very proactive and thorough, we always felt like he had our best interest. He helped us work out anything that came up right away with no issues. Craig was always available and responded right away, which we really appreciated. His brother, Mark, who works with him is great too and was available to get into the home when needed. This team is very knowledgeable, works hard and it shows! We will recommend Craig and his team to anyone we know planning to buy or sell in the future!

Craig is wonderful! He met with us to look at our first homes ever, and then ultimately helped us buy our home a year later. He took the time to help us understand what we needed to do, was available for questions anytime, and even helped while on his own vacation when the timeline to put in an offer was short. Highly recommend!

Craig Heinonen and his brother Mark were superb in their professionalism, communication, and helpfulness to us in purchasing a summer home in the U.P. They were always responsive, very prompt, knowledgeable and capable, while also personable and kind. They turned a difficult situation (buyers from out of state) into a smooth and easy purchase thanks to their quality customer service and attentiveness. We couldn't have asked for better agents and would recommend Craig and Mark to anyone thinking of buying a house or property in the U.P.

Craig helped me sell my house and buy a new one. He made the process easy and streamlined. Craig is very friendly, down to earth, and easy to work with. He made it clear that he works for you and me feel I was his only client. He was quick to address and questions and concerns I had. With his 360 imaging and drone pictures, his digital marketing skills are above and beyond all other listings. We had multiple offers with a few out of state offers. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the UP!
