Charles did a great job assisting my daughter and I on buying her first home that I was helping her with a downpayment. He listened to my daughter’s wants in a house and helped us get one that she thought was out of her price range. We saw the house and he did some analysis on pricing and helped us get to a price range that worked! She is loving her new house & location. Thanks for the great service Chuck!

Charles was so great to work with. From our first conversation, I knew I had found my realtor. He was personable, knowledgeable and responsive. I'm not local and I inherited a house in Mayfield Heights that I wanted to sell quickly. He listed the house and it sold immediately above the asking price. We closed in 2 weeks. He handled everything and was with me through the closing. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Easiest transaction ever and I am so pleased with the outcome.
