This review is definitely overdue but better late than never! My girlfriend and I purchased a home back in Dec 2024 and had a fantastic experience with the Move Up team. Our agent Rachel from Bobby's team was with us every step of the way as we navigated the long-winded home search process and then the stressful homebuying process. She was very communicative, flexible, and worked around our schedules. She listened and understood our must-haves, nice-to-haves, and don't-wants and helped us successfully find our perfect home. Our situation ended up being pretty unique in that we were going back and forth with the seller on potential credit or price reduction, and everything worked out fairly and in the best interest of both parties--the sellers and us as the buyers. Working with Bobby and the Move Up Homes team was hands down the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. I was blown away by his expertise and negotiation skills.
