My husband and I sold our house not too long ago. Our realtor that helped us sell our home was Saul Villalobos. We had never sold a home before. It was all new to us but Saul was very knowledgeable and assisted every step of the way. His process is very organized and thoughtful. He was able to walk us through all of our questions. He knew we were worried about being stuck on the market too long and offered us ideas to help get our house sold. And it worked! We were under contract in just days! I am still amazed at how well everything went. Every step from day one to the closing table was easy with Saul as our realtor. Saul not only cared about selling the house, he also cared about our family! Even though he had gotten us through the process in Florida and got us to closing, he still helped us further by getting my husband and I settled with a realtor in the area we were moving to. He continued to check in and ask about our next steps in Kentucky.
