Lisa is the gold standard of realtors, and we highly recommend her! We were out of state buyers and knew we would need above and beyond assistance to find and purchase a home. Our aunt and uncle live in town and are knowledgeable of the area and homes, and per our approval, Lisa encouraged them to come to the showings and inspections- which was comforting. We felt like she understood us and our needs. She was never in a rush to sell us a home, even though we were in a rush to buy a home. She would ask us what we thought before giving us her opinion, but at times her honest opinion dissuaded us from making an offer -and likely a mistake. In fact, Lisa has continued to be our reliable resource for professionals to help with our transition to the Albuquerque area. I started searching on Zillow and came in contact with Joaquin who was super friendly and helped me get land options, gave his input as well as sending me photos and videos of the land I liked. He went above and beyond as a realtor. I have bought many dozens of acres in the past and NO ONE cared like Joaquin. He called me for updates, his opionions, and the signing process. I trust Joaquin with my reality needs. If he doesnt know the answer, he get the correct answer with his colleagues.
