Kori was outstanding from beginning to end of our home shopping and buying experience. She prioritized our busy schedule to show us homes, even interacting with our children to get to know our whole family. She is very knowledgeable in providing input on properties and isn’t afraid to do due diligence in learning important details about the home/ neighborhoods of interest. Kori went above and beyond to match us with the right home and her TC Leah was also very knowledgeable and thorough. Kori was not only efficient but very kind in her frequent communication with us . She is passionate in her work and it shows in each part of the process. Thanks to Kori, we found our next home and absolutely love it.

Kori Bristow was so fantastic for us! We are a young couple who have never bought a house before and really had no idea what we were getting into or how to go about ANY of it, and she made the process so simple. Not only is buying a house generally complicated, but we ended up buying a forclosed home and she still made the whole thing as easy as possible on our part. She was available essentially any time we needed her, including when utilities people would need to come out with no heads up. She showed us houses in our price range, which I'm sure was difficult because our budget was definitely on the lower end. She gave actual honest advice and clearly cared about helping us make the right choice as opposed to trying to get us to buy any old house as fast as possible to get on to other clients. We asked her so many questions over the whole process and she never made us feel dumb at all. Not only is she fantastic at what she does, but she's so kind and friendly and always knows someone to help out if you need a contractor or an inspector. Could not possibly give anyone a better review than we could give her, especially hearing all of the horror stories of people having bad real estate agents. Couldn't be us! We hope Kori is around for the next time we need to buy a house down the line.
