Michael helped us find the perfect place! His knowledge of the lake was very helpful - before and after the sale. He provided great guidance and insight about the properties we reviewed. In addition to selling the house, he provided useful info about permitting, vendors and getting setup at the lake.

Tom did a great job presenting our property to the Lake Hartwell market. He was very responsive to all of our needs and was always pleasant to work with.
