Bonnie was the BEST! We worked with her to sell a house that my family & I had inherited, so there were 4 sellers involved - each of us with our own ideas about the best way to go about it. Bonnie was so patient with us! She presented options without telling us how to do things & always made sure we were on the same page before moving forward - not a simple task when managing family dynamics. This was not an easy sale, nor was it straightforward. There were all kinds of surprises that came up, uncommon situations to consider & so many obstacles to overcome. Bonnie was with us through it all, and she brought a positive attitude, so much experience & a willingness to find creative solutions. When we had to find subcontractors, she led the way - providing contact info, making calls & meeting people to get estimates. She's just great to work with - she kept us all informed & updated via phone calls, email & texts. I felt like I was a priority for her & that she had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend Bonnie!

Bonnie was the most patient realtor to work with. We looked at several houses but she never was frustrated when we would find fault with them and move onto the next. She had no problem helping us through all of our questions we had through this process. We definitely would recommend Bonnie to anyone if they are buying or selling a house.

Bonnie was always available for showings both weekdays or weekends. She answered all questions as we were 1st time home buyers. Never felt rushed and waited until we found something we liked before putting in an offer.

Kirk did a great job helping us find our new Maine house. Being across the country was difficult but Kirk helped with all the details even filming walk thrus & meeting inspectors Great experience.

Craig goes above and beyond in every way possible. Whether he is trudging through snow in dress shoes, peeking into crawl spaces, or putting up with foul odors, he delivers incredible care for his client by being a man of action, ensuring that you never miss out on an opportunity. He willingly takes all of the legwork off of your shoulders with his willingness to coordinate between multiple involved parties on your behalf, with the buyer barely needing to lift a finger. He has a particular finesse when it comes to clauses; Mr. Garrett was able to secure quite the spread of additional benefits for myself from the seller without having to forfeit anything in return. At the end of the day, while being an agent is a paid career, it is obvious that Craig truly enjoys providing quality service to a happy customer. The entirety of the browsing and purchasing experience was an absolute pleasure thanks to this absolute professional. I will be keeping my fingers crossed that the next time I need the help of an agent that he is available!
