Tiffany assisted me when I had to sell my parent's property 5 years ago. The first agent I spoke to wanted to price the house much lower than we thought it was worth. It needed some work and she didn't seem to understand that. My sister knew Tiffany so we called her to look at the property. She had amazing suggestions to get the place ready to sell and it sold for much more than the first agent estimated. We were so pleased with Tiffany that when I decided to sell a rental property that I had owned since 1984, I called her again. The property needed a lot of work to get it ready to sell. I live out of state so Tiffany was literally boots on the ground for me to get the house totally remodeled. Once finished, we put it on the market and sold within a few weeks. She has an eye for detail, understands the market, is a tough negotiator and returns calls and messages immediately. 100% recommend Tiffany!

Tiffany M. Davis is a Rock Star! She is very knowledgeable, kind, hardworking, and does whatever it takes to get the job done. I shout her name whenever anyone is looking for a real estate genius. If you want it SOLD, she is the lady to do it. She just helped us with our 6th property transaction in the Pensacola area, and I couldn't imagine hiring anyone else. Tiffany always goes above & beyond - and I admire her a ton for a job well done!

Tiffany was my buying agent in April 2023 when I purchased a townhome. I ended up having to move out of state less than a year later in March of 2024 and she became my selling agent. It’s hard to explain how much of an amazing job she did in a few words. She knows what she is doing down to the smallest detail. You can trust her to have your best interest as her top priority. From staging the property for pictures and showings to the final signing, she is top notch, professional, and takes care of every detail. I could give numerous examples of how she went above and beyond, but the greatest example is the following: The buyer and I agreed on a price pending inspections and appraisal. The appraiser for the VA loan valued my property $10K lower than the agreed upon price. Tiffany knew my property was higher value than what the appraiser concluded and she spent days/late nights/countless hours to produce information to dispute the appraisal and have it reconsidered. The appraiser used comps of townhomes that were not truly comparable to my townhome. Tiffany researched appropriate comps, presented this information, and it was accepted, therefore supporting the agreed upon selling price. And she did all of this for a townhome….it wasn’t a million dollar property. But she wanted the best outcome for her client. Tiffany will represent you as a buying or selling agent with your best interest always at the forefront and she knows how to navigate the market and the entire complicated process down to the tiniest detail. She will be honest and realistic, and will go the extra mile for you. Her communication is stellar. She will text/call/email as much as you need to feel informed and confident. She keeps you “in the loop” with her communication with the title company, other agent, and any other entity involved in the process. She is honest, professional, and amazingly knowledgeable about the housing market and market trends. I highly, highly recommend Tiffany.
