My husband and I want to Thank Nicole for her professionalism and her work ethic. Nicole listed our home on a Saturday, and three days later we were signing an offer! Although the house sold quickly, the two months following were filled questions, concerns, water and septic tests and results, and communications with lawyers. Nicole was always available to discuss any questions, concerns, required tests/results, and the progress of the sale. We spoke mornings, afternoons, evenings, and even weekends. She kept us informed of every aspect of the sale. Nicole guided us through the entire process with integrity and diligence. Tiffany was a true professional. Easy to work with, and really knows her stuff on the Jamestown market. Had to sell my mother's home in Jamestown. We were going to have reno done to the kitchen, then put it on the market in the fall of 2021. We got ahold of Tiffany from a recommendation from my mother's neighbor across the street. Tiffany was extremely sure we would have the house sold in about a week. The market for older homes on the west side of Jamestown were in a hot sellers market. This was at the end of August. Tiffany was super professional and she advised us not to do any reno but let the new buyer do it. The home had beautiful hardwoods from being installed 100 yrs ago. The outside was spruced up and the lawn and drivewasy were in excellent condition. We signed with Tiffany on the Tuesday evening before Labor Day. Tiffany went to the home on Wed. AM to take pics and inspect the house. She then listed it for $75K Wed Afternoon. We were a bit skeptical of the price, since we thought the price would be more in the mid 40's at the most. By Wed evening, she already had 3 showings scheduled, including 1 that evening. Saturday & Sunday had 13 showings scheduled! She put a deadline of Sunday before Labor Day @ 5:30 for offers to be in. At 5:30 on sunday, 3 firm offers were given. 2 had price escalation clauses in them with inspection waived since the house would need work. The winning offer came in at $88K. $88K!! The week before Labor Day, we never heard of Tiffany. On Labor Day, the house was sold!! Hire Tiffany!! Bill Young

Amy is excellent! She is very professional, attentive and efficient. She is confident and knowledgeable. She has exceptional interpersonal skills and was very helpful. Amy is an outstanding agent and I highly recommend.

Elizabeth went above and beyond to get me in my new home. Every house I wanted to look at she was on top of it and made sure I had all the information I needed and worked wonders with the sellers and the bank. If you’re looking to get into a new home look no further!!!

She responded in a timely manner. Very detail oriented. Felt like I was her only client and had time for me no matter what. I also know that Elizabeth would show me house after house until I found the one right for me and my family. Such a kind and sweet young lady, will be recommending all of my friends to her. I can’t tell you how stressful buying a house is, but Elizabeth made it so much easier.
