Tibitha was such a pleasure to work with. I appreciated the time she took with me explaining what options I had in the process of selling this house by explaining commission and closing costs. Tibitha was great! She listened to our wants and needs to help find us the house of our dreams! She fought for us during negotiations and even helped us to find good contractors to fix things in the house. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing, but I felt supported and she guided me through the entire process. I highly recommend her!

Working with Tibitha was an absolute pleasure, and I can't recommend her enough. From the very beginning, it was clear she always had our best interest at heart, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free by truly taking the time to understand our needs and preferences. What impressed us the most was her proactive approach, as she was always one step ahead and was very quick to get us quotes and recommendations for everything we needed, even before we had the time to think about some of these things ourselves.
