We've relied on the Piece of PDX team (aka Thom and Patrik, Real Estate Savants) to help us sell and buy property twice now, and most recently we enlisted them to find our dream home. They worked with us for months to help us narrow our search and find the perfect place. They were incredibly patient, brought a depth of knowledge and savvy to the entire process, and spotted details and items we would have never noticed or paid mind to without them. Most importantly: they helped us find a home that is more perfect than we could have imagined, _and_ got us in the door super early with a competitive-but-rational bid so we didn't find ourselves drawn into a protracted war with other buyers. From there to close (and beyond!), it was the smoothest of sailing. Everything happened like clockwork, and their experience / care really shone through the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the outcome here, and we would work with them again in a split second. They rock! Hire them!

Thomas and Patrik..what can I say. They are world class realtors. In three years they sold 3 of our family's properties in Portland. The units were not ideal candidates for quick near asking price offers and the market was dodgy, but they pulled it off! Thrice! If you work with them you will experience a high level of professionalism and skill.

Thomas and Patrik have been our realtors for TWO properties now! This second time around, we stumbled across a property and they helped submit an offer with a 3 hour deadline!! They were so quick to move on the sale, guided us on what terms to set to be competitive in the current market, and was very thorough with the contract. While in contract, they were great at communicating with the sellers and did an amazing job negotiating for us. You can feel confident in closing with Thomas and Patrik on your side!

Thomas and Patrik with Piece of PDX are amazing! We were unexperienced with the home selling process and they not only made it easy and seamless for us, but also a fun experience. They are very knowledgeable about the Portland metro area market. Their suggestions helped us sell our home within the first weekend it was listed.
