Ariel was great in helping us to sell a home and purchase a new one. We had to do a lot of negotiations in the sale and she was able to get that done in a timely manner where one day we signed the sales papers and the next we signed the purchase papers on the new home. It was pretty much seamless. I would highly recommend her as we always felt she was on our side and working hard to get the best outcome for us. She knows all the ins and outs of what is needed in this new complex world of real estate. I would use her again!!

Ariel came very well prepared to our first meeting and her professionalism with every interaction continued. Her quick responsiveness was impressive and often critical to accomplish bargaining. We appreciated her knowledge and level-headed advice from start to finish.

She was really great and knowledgeable and helped us get money off the purchase price and off for closing cost by noticing little details (cess pool needing to be decommissioned). She stayed in communication the whole time. Highly recommend.
