Terri was very open and knowledgeable to all our questions as first time home buyers. She went above and beyond during the process to make sure things went smoothly. When there were snags, no fault of ours or hers, she quickly dug in her feet to find the information to unsnag it. I feel very comfortable that she made sure we got the best deal possible within her control. I will not hesitate to use her as my realtor in the future, should we ever move again. Thank you Terri for all your knowledge and tenacity to make sure we had a roof over our heads.

We highly recommend Terri. She helped us purchase a house in Southern Oregon while we were living more than 5 hours away, and selling our current home - which is a bit of a challenge. She was very responsive to all of our questions and communicates quickly via text, email and phone. We enjoyed spending a day with her touring houses and she was even able to add a few more that we saw along the way, just on the fly. Once we had an offer accepted, she did not miss a beat and stayed on top of all of the little details. Near the end, things started to go a bit sideways with our contract (issues at the title company) and Terri worked tirelessly on our behalf and went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was completed successfully. We really appreciate all of her efforts! If you are looking for a real estate agent that communicates well, will keep track of all of the details and really care about your transaction - give Terri a call!
