Teresa Loya did a superb job helping us fInd the right house to purchase. She was extremely supportive helping us find the right mortgage company, and going through the offer, inspection, and closing process. She even played Auntie for us with our newborn as we walked around potential properties. Highly recommended!

Teresa was amazing! She was very responsive to our messages and handled everything with such professionalism and care. From no fault of Teresa's I felt like our home buying process was a little stressful and she went above and beyond to make it as least stressful as possible for us. From the minute she started helping us the process went by really fast. We also loved how willing she was to show us any and all houses that we asked to see. Teresa is also very knowledgeable and really helped us understand everything we didn't. We just love her and can't say enough good things about her. She has even helped us beyond buying our house. She knows the area so she's recommended a great car mechanic for us, a bank, etc. She is so much more then our realtor to us. She has become a great friend. I would recommend her to any future home buyers a million times over.

I would highly recommend her to anyone! She was very efficient and helpful:) she always helped us get our paperwork done and made sure we could get a house as fast as possible:) she was always willing to look at any house and was available when convenient for us:)

Teresa is amazing. She takes time to you and what exactly you need and are interested in. Teresa truly is not your typical agent, she is caring, understanding and most of all truthful and passionate in her business. 5 stars.

Call Teresa! She is wonderful! Teresa sold a building lot for us last year. She was excellent. Very thorough, helpful and she was kind and patient with us while we did what needed done on our end. Teresa is Great!!!
