We worked with Taylor to buy our first home in 2020, and again to sell and buy in 2025. She deeply understands the strategy of the current market, which helped us get multiple offers and ultimately an amazing sale price for our home. In the buying process, she is patient, honest, responsive, and always acted in our best interest. It can be a defeating process to buy in a sellers market, but she was very motivating and helped us feel like we always had a plan and were on the right track. Ultimately she helped us score what we hope is our forever home!

Kathleen was recommended by my lawyer. She did not disappoint. She went above and beyond. She called the sellers realtor on an open house to help me get a feel for the showing. When asked her her opinion she prov ided comparibles. She worked a holiday weekend despite me telling her not to worry about it. She is young and hungry. Thanks Kathleen.

Jordan was excellent throughout the whole process and is likely the main reason we got an offer accepted finally after 33 attempts! She is always very attentive to details, good at negotiating and communicating with all involved parties, and she follows through to the end. Just closed on our new home in town and had to give a HUGE shoutout to our amazing realtor, Laura Helker??! She went above and beyond every step of the way - answering all our (many!) questions, being endlessly patient, connecting us with trusted local pros, and even creating super helpful video tours when we were out of state. Her negotiation skills also saved us big time! Her team at Bespoke Homes was also so helpful with paperwork and making the process smooth.
