Susan did an outstanding job of preparing us to list our home. She took over and as she refers to it, we hit the "easy button". Not only did Susan, Shannon, and their team effectively sell our house for more than we ever imagined, they also were integral in the preparation process. They coordinated, painting, rugs, handyman work, as well as cleaners and the staging of the house. I was hesitant at the cost but it prepared the house correctly to not only field great offers, but also transition to the next family in the best shape possible. While we were both working full time and keeping up with our life, Susan and her team made the process of preparing and selling the house incredibly efficient and easy. Would continue to highly recommend their firm to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Working with Taylor was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had with a realtor, or anyone in the industry, for that matter. She was not only fun and easy to work with, but also incredibly knowledgeable, tenacious, and hard-working. In today’s wild market, you need someone who’s savvy, responsive, and completely on top of their game: this is Taylor. My husband and I were so lucky to have found and worked with Taylor Presley from the Susan Glenz team! We were in the market for our first home, and especially during a seller’s market, she made the process very easy for us. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for only a month after our search began, which was great considering the housing market!
